Passion-driven and a lover of food I have over 12 years of culinary experience. From small mom-and-pop spots to high-end fine dining. After serving in the United States Marine Corps with 3 consecutive tours in Iraq I took on many professions that weren’t for me. Until I realized how much I love to feed people! Nothing excites me more than big smiles and full bellies.
